Ian McConnan, F.C.A., Audit Committee Chairman
Mr. McConnan is a partner with Myers Norris Penny LLP, Chartered Accountants. He received a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta in 1973 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (“ICAA”) for the past 34 years and is also a Fellow of the ICAA. Mr. McConnan was a tax manager with Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young) prior to becoming involved in his own firms. He was a member of Board of the Alberta Securities Commission (“ASC”) from 1991 to 2000 and Chair of the ASC Audit Committee from 1996 to 2000.
