Quest PharmaTech's strategy is to establish strategic alliances for the purpose of securing exclusive access to second generation drugs, targeting agents, and light or ultrasound delivery systems. In addition, strategic alliances will be sought with other biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to obtain support in key developmental areas such as manufacturing, clinical trials and marketing. Quest will continue to evaluate in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities that have the potential to complement the Company's strengths and to accentuate the product commercialization process.
